We were there in April of this year and had an amazing time. Albert was our host. I must say that even if nothing else in the resturant was good that Alberts attitude would make me want to go again. Me and my husband came to Aruba with the cruise ship Carnival Destiny and took the chance to spend the evening for Dinner in the Flying Fishbone Restaurant. We chose the early seating at 5:30 pm which was a fabulous idea. It was nice, quiet and pleasant and enough time until sunset which comes pretty fast. We had the so called Carte Blanche which is a three course surprise menu by the chefs. It was delicious (and very much). Leave some space for dessert! My husband, Michael, and I went there for the first time in 2003 and could not believe the place when we first pulled up in our rental car, we thought what have we gotten ourselves into and then we soon realized that the Fishbone was like no other place on earth that we had ever been. Onze vakantie op Aruba was een groot succes.Dit mede door onze dochter, die ons veel van het eiland heeft laten zien. En ook door het heerlijke diner wat we bij jullie hebben gehad. Wat een mooi restaurant, zo aan het strand. Dat had ik me niet kunnen bedenken toen we aan kwamen rijden. Geweldig! En wat een gastvrije en lieve mensen werken daar. This was our first time visiting the beautiful island of Aruba. We celebrated Valentine's Day at The Flying Fishbone and had one of the most romantic evenings of our lives. The sunset, food, drinks, and service were all five star. We are hoping to make it back next year and would not miss having dinner at The Flying Fishbone.

In a word "Spectacular". I do extensive travel with my job and have eaten at some great places all over the world but this is truly a unique experience. Gourmet food, great staff, great wine list, great location and to top it off a great "roving" sax player. This was our first trip to Aruba (July 2004) and we will go back not only to the island but this restaurant. Thanks to cousin Diane for the recommendation!!

We visited The Flying Fishbone on our last night of our visit to your Wonderful Island.....can't tell you enough how impressed we were...staff, food, ambiance (and Delbert on saxofone)..EVERYthing was just remarkable. First time having the smoked marlin appetizer & the barracuda too.... Perfect!..see you all next year.

The environment is so calm and beautiful, the soft music in the background romantic, and the staff is wonderful! My boyfriend brought me here as a romantic surprise for the two of us and I couldn't have asked for anything else. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who visits the island!

Voor de eerste keer op vakantie naar Aruba! Twee fantastische weken gehad met als absoluut hoogtepunt het diner in The Flying Fishbone op onze laatste avond! Wat een schitterende ambiance en een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee! Maar vooral het heerlijke eten bereid door Chefkok Erwin Hüsken was culinair genieten. We have dined at Flying Fishbone during each of our visits to Aruba, approximately twice a year for the past several years. We usually try to reserve for our last evening on the island - Flying Fishbone NEVER disappoints in food, service, ambiance, or the beautiful sunset! Looking forward to at least one (maybe two) more visits in 2004!

My wife and I ate dinner there on 6/1/04 and found the only thing better than the service and the view was the eye appeal and wonderful symphony of flavors in our mouths as we dined the first night, so we made sure to go back the next night for another great experience. dining at the Flying Fishbone was one of the best experiences of our honeymoon and I'm sure we will be back!

My wife and I just came back from Aruba the last week in February. And as always for several times now the highlight of our trip is a 6:30 PM reservation to one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I mean you guys are up there with the likes of Nick's at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea Maui. I have shared this secret jewel with just enough wonderful people who now feel the same as us.
