November 24, 2012... we both had the shrimp shii-take & blue cheese casserole... wondered if we should have ordered two different items... we're glad we didn't... this was by far our best dinner on the island... i am going to try to learn to make this... it really was that good...

My husband and I came to the Flying Fishbone during our honeymoon to Aruba. The dishes, scenery, and the staff were impecable. It was very romantic watching the sunset, feeling the ocean tide on your feet, under the table,and enjoying a superb meal. I would highly reccomend the Flying Fishbone to anyone that visits Aruba! BEAUTIFUL!
