No. Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee a reservation. Our reservation department will answer your request within 48 hours. If we are full during your initial requested time, you will be given available time slots to choose from. If we receive no answer to this question, your reservation will not be booked. Please make sure to also check your spam folder for our reply.
Around sunset is the busiest time. To be able to offer groups of 11 persons or more a better dining experience, we allotted those times for bigger groups.
We will call the taxi that dropped you off to come get you back. Please advise your server 30 minutes before leaving (at dessert) that you will be needing a taxi.

Reservations have to be cancelled no later than 6 hours prior to the time of the reservation. Cancellations will only be accepted by email. Your authorization amount will be charged in case of cancellation within less than 6 hours or no-show.

No. If you cancel within the 6 hours prior to your reservation we will release the authorization on your credit card. If you cancel after that, no refund will be given and your card will be charged. No exceptions!

In order to prevent no shows, we require every party of 4 guests and above to fill out a credit card information. An authorization of $25 per person will be held on your card. Once you visit us, we will release the hold the next day. Please keep in mind that this is not a charge!
We accept all major credit cards, except American Express. If it doesn’t go through the phone, please try submitting the request via a laptop.
Oftentimes even with failed attempts, some banks will still show that FFB attempted a charge. This is a pending authorization. If it fails, it will eventually be waived from the account.
The deposit is a temporary authorization on your credit card. The pending hold will be waived. It will not show as a refund, since it was not charged in the first place.
